Service description

Authentication via ID Austria allows employees and students at TU Wien to log in securely without using their TUaccount password.
ID Austria can be used as a secure alternative authentication method, particularly during the initial login or if the TUaccount password is lost. This allows users to uniquely verify their identity and reset their TUaccount password on their own if necessary, without having to visit the Campus IT Service Center in person.

No separate order is required to use this service. An active ID Austria account is required.
