The "TUsystemSupport" service is the standard option for servers with comprehensive services.
Qualified experts care for and maintain the server software, including the supported applications, for the institute.
The following services are provided for the operating system and system-related components:
- telephone/email support
- diagnostics and troubleshooting
- installation of the requisite patches, upgrades or re-installation, installation and configuration of software components
