How to delete saved login data in Windows (PC/Laptop)

Open the Control Panel: Type "Control Panel" in the taskbar search box and open the app.

1. In the top right corner, set the display to "Small icons" if it is not already selected.

2. Click on “Credential Manager” and then on “Windows Credentials”.

3. Under Windows login information, you can see the saved accounts.

4. Expand the entries and delete all login information belonging to TU services, e.g., entries with:

Your initials@internal
Your initials@tuwien.ac.at
Your TU email address

Repeat this process for all relevant entries (Outlook, Exchange, other university services).

Delete saved login credentials on mobile devices (smartphone/tablet)

Open the Mail/Outlook app and remove saved login credentials, or briefly log out of the account and then log back in.
