Due to a problem with calculating software entitlement, students currently do not have access to the TUshop and, depending on the type of license, to certain software products (e.g., Adobe, Microsoft, Zoom). The problem has been identified and should be resolved during the course of the day. Synchronisation of downstream systems and full functionality are expected to be restored tomorrow.
