The Workstation Support service provides employees with the hardware, licences and support you need for the operating system in question and system-related components. Support includes telephone/email support, diagnostics and troubleshooting (preferably remote), installation of the requisite patches (especially security patches), operating system upgrades or new installations (also on-site if necessary) as well as the installation and configuration of software components.
PC workstations for study-related and scientific work are available to TU Wien students in the internet rooms of TU.it. Some of these rooms can also be used temporarily for courses, examinations, or events, if required.
