Service description

Our service offers you state-of-the-art digital equipment for your workplace, whether in the office or in a scientific environment, for mobile or stationary use.

For all equipment options (for notebooks, except Macbooks, only with docking package!), flat screen(s), mouse, and keyboard are available as optional extras. The necessary licenses for the basic software are included in our service and installed on the devices.

After four years, a new device can be ordered at a reduced price via the TUclient hardware replacement service.

You can entrust the procurement, installation, setup, and maintenance of the workstation, including the operating system, to qualified specialists.

Easy provision of the necessary hardware and software with comprehensive service in the event of a defect.
