Accounts & Passwords
Service description
The TU Portal is the central hub for managing accounts, permissions, and passwords at TU Wien.
Students and staff can use it to manage, among other things, their passwords and login credentials for TUaccount, multi-factor authentication (MFA), TU-AD accounts, and network accounts.
Contact persons can manage the accounts and passwords of external users assigned to them.
Address managers can reset passwords for users assigned to them.
Regular maintenance takes place on Fridays from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
During this time, there may be restrictions or brief outages affecting TUidentity, TUaccount/SSO, and TUportal without prior notice.
