What is it about?

Your network password is used to log in to the TUwlan, eduroam, and TUvpn.

1. Go to the TUportal, opens an external URL in a new window. Log in there with your TUaccount or ID Austria.

2. Click on “Account Management” in the left margin column.

3. Click on "My Student Account". Here you can change all your centrally managed passwords (TUaccount, TU-AD, network and student.home).

4. Click on the blue button in the “Network” tab.

5. Enter the desired new password.

6. Now click on “Set password.” Your network password has now been reset.

Important information!

Please note that a separate secure password, opens an external URL in a new window should be used for each account!
If you have used the same password for multiple accounts, you should also change it for these accounts. For better management, we recommend using a password manager.
