We have been aware of login issues with Citavi since December 2021. We have been in contact with the manufacturer since then to have the problem fixed. Unfortunately, Citavi has not been able to solve the problem yet. Since we have not been given a time estimate for the problem to be solved, we have decided to remove Citavi from the campus and student software program at the end of May 2022.
All registered Citavi users have been informed by Citavi via email and have been offered a special takeover offer for a limited period of time.
If you do not accept this offer, please save all online data before the end of the month. Since the SSO login still does not work, this may require a workaround with a local password. Citavi support is responsible in such cases.
