Version Update Ticket System Assyst

On December 28, 2021 access to the Assyst ticket system will be unavailable for a few hours.

In order to be able to guarantee a current version of the Assyst software, a necessary version update will be carried out on December 28, 2021. Access to the ticket system will therefore not be possible for a few hours on that day. However, you can alternatively send a ticket to help@it.tuwien.ac.at. The maintenance work will be completed by December 30, 2021.

The following steps are performed:

  1. Database backup: December 28, 2021, 8:00 a.m.
  2. Preparation installation: December 28, 2021, 8:00 a.m.
  3. Installation of new version: December 28, 2021 approx. 5:00 p.m.
  4. Migration database: December 28, 2021 approx. 2:00 p.m.
  5. Functional check of the newly installed software: December 28, 2021 approx. 5:00 p.m.
  6. Roll out of the authorization groups "New": December 29, 2021 approx. 5:00 p.m.
  7. Backup of the new, functioning system: December 30, 2021
