Maintenance work ticket system part 2

In the night from Thursday to Friday (18.4.2024 - 19.4.2024) necessary maintenance work will take place on the servers of our ticket system.

After successful completion of the work on Monday, we announce the renewal of the next Fibre Channel adapters, because the current hardware would not allow the upgrade of our Fibre Channel infrastructure. Due to the existing redundancy, we do not expect any downtime of our ticket system.

There will only be a closure of existing sessions during the night. If - apart from any delays - disruptions do occur, we will inform you. In any case, we will contact you once the work has been completed.
