Service agreements for the Campus IT services

One of IT Solutions' strategic projects to professionalize IT operations is to provide the most important services with service level agreements (SLAs) and service level statements (SLSs).

These documents clearly describe what you, as a service user, can expect from a service and to which services we commit ourselves as a service provider.

A Service Level Agreement (SLA) refers to an agreement between members of TU Wien and  Campus IT for services offered. The aim of every SLA is to make these services transparent, by describing, for example, promised benefits, scope of performance, reaction time or duration of service, and costs.

A Service Level Statement (SLS) includes stipulations of the Campus IT for members of the TU Vienna for services offered. The aim of every SLS is to make these services transparent, by describing, for example, promised benefits, scope of performance, reaction time or duration of service, and costs.
