TURM - currently still in pilot operation - is a TU-wide records management system designed to enable digital file management. In contrast to a conventional document management system, documents are stored in the form of “files”, which bundle related documents. As with a DMS, the basic elements of TURM are also the metadata, which can be defined both at record level and at document level.

TURM can be used to implement various requirements relating to contract and file management. The system can be adapted very flexibly to various use cases. The application enables the direct filing of e.g. appeal files in TURM.
