A document management system (DMS) describes an application that enables the storage and management of a large number of documents. It offers you a simple and efficient way to manage and organize your most important documents.  Thanks to the possibility of predefined metadata, the documents are described and retrieval is significantly simplified.
The DMS is connected to the TU network, enabling login via SSO. The software comes from Alfresco and is customized by Campus IT.

The DMS makes it easy for employees to store, search and retrieve documents. The system provides a secure platform on which important documents can be stored and managed.
