E020-05-1 - Service Group Software and Platforms

The Service Group Software and Platforms is responsible for the procurement, distribution and operational support of software and software products at the Vienna University of Technology. This includes software for employees (campus software), software for students (student software) as well as software as a service (such as Office 365, Mentimeter, Grammarly, Overleaf, Adobe Cloud, ...). The associated platforms (for example, Microsoft Azure, license server, update server, ...) are also administered by our group. In 2nd level support we are the point of contact (via ticket system) for problems in our area of responsibility that the Service Centre can not solve.
