Announcement of Network Infrastructure Modernisation Works in HG0102 on October 16, 2024

Renewal work to consolidate the network infrastructure will take place all day on October 16, 2024 from 8:00 am. There will be interruptions to computers, telephones and WLAN.

The connections in the building areas HE01 and HG01 (Favoritenstraße 11) are affected by this conversion.

During the conversion, the following planned interruptions will gradually occur for each connection with a time delay:

Computers and network-compatible devices (printers, etc.): expected to be down for approx. 15-30 seconds each.
Telephones: expected to be down for 2-3 minutes per set.
WLAN: each access point is expected to be down for 2-3 minutes.

The outages are expected to last all day on Wednesday, October 16, 2024 from 08:00 a.m.

If the situation requires it, the work will be continued and completed on Thursday, October 17, 2024 between 08:00 a.m. and 12:00 a.m.
