TUidentity – Challenges with individual connections

The transition to TUidentity is not yet complete.

We are currently working on resolving a few remaining issues in order to finalise all connections and ensure full functionality.

Current status:

Applications:
- External users: Please send an email with the desired user data (first name, last name, email address) to help@it.tuwien.ac.at.
- Activate upTUdate mailbox: If you need an activated upTUdate mailbox, please also send an email to help@it.tuwien.ac.at.
Next steps:
- Mail notifications will resume
- TUidentity Dashboard will be made available
- Completion of ongoing quality assurance and testing

Should any unexpected problems arise, we will inform you immediately on the website, in the TUidentity Community Matrix Channel, opens an external URL in a new window and via the usual fault reporting channels.
