Dear Staff Members!

As part of our efforts to upgrade, consolidate, and improve our network infrastructure, we will soon be carrying out restructuring work in our DC01B08 distribution room.

This restructuring will affect the connections in building areas DC01 (even-numbered rooms), as well as rooms DCEGA03, DCEGD03, and DCU1F24.

During the restructuring, the following planned outages will occur gradually (i.e., with a time delay for each connection):

• Computers and network-enabled devices (printers, etc.): expected connection outage of approximately 15–30 seconds each.
• Telephones: expected outage of 2–3 minutes per phone.
• Electronic access systems: expected downtime of approx. 15–30 seconds each.
• Wi-Fi: expected downtime of 2–3 minutes per access point.

Outages are expected all day on Wednesday, June 3, Friday, June 5, and as a backup date on Monday, June 8, 2026, starting at 8:00 a.m.
