Dear staff,

As part of our network infrastructure upgrade and consolidation, we are about to carry out refurbishment work in our DCEGM19 distribution room.

This work will affect the connections in the DCEG / Freihaus ground floor, red zone.

During the restructuring, the following planned interruptions will occur gradually (i.e. with a time lag for each connection):

• Computers and network-enabled devices (printers, etc.): expected connection downtime of approx. 15–30 seconds each.
• Telephones: expected downtime of 2–3 minutes per handset.
• Wi-Fi: expected downtime of 2–3 minutes per access point.

The outages are expected to occur all day on Wednesday, May 27 and Thursday, May 28, 2026 from 8:00 a.m.
