Dear Colleagues!

As part of our network infrastructure renewal and consolidation efforts, we will soon be carrying out restructuring in our DA02N22 distribution room.

The connections in the DA02 building areas, as well as rooms DB02P04 and DB02P08 in the Freihaus, will be affected by these restructuring.

During the restructuring, the following planned outages will occur gradually (i.e., at different times for each connection):

• Computers and network-enabled devices (printers, etc.): expected connection outage of approximately 15–30 seconds each.
• Telephones: expected outage of 2–3 minutes per phone.
• Electronic access systems: expected downtime of approximately 15–30 seconds each.
• Wi-Fi: expected downtime of 2–3 minutes per access point.

These outages are expected to occur all day on Wednesday, July 1, and Thursday, July 2, 2026, starting at 8:00 a.m.
