IP bottlenecks in the TU WLAN at the start of the semester

Due to the high number of users on the TU WLAN at the beginning of the semester, there may be bottlenecks in IPv4 allocation.

Experience shows that the daily peak occurs around 1:00 p.m.

We therefore ask that you disconnect any devices that are not urgently needed from the Wi-Fi during the first few weeks of the semester in order to relieve the load on our DHCP pools.

This applies to both Wi-Fi networks, “tunet” and “eduroam.”
