The effect of the fault could be limited by a workaround. Since today, February 2nd, 7 a.m., e-mails without signature or encryption can be processed again without any problems. E-mails with signature or Encryption are cached.
Because of the complexity of the troubleshooting and because the fault is outside of the operating times
complete elimination of the fault can only be promised on Monday, February 3rd.
