TUphone - Maintenance

A hardware migration and software upgrade of the TUphone telephone system and its subsystems will take place from April 3, 2023 to April 6, 2023.

The following services will experience interruptions:

Voice system
Call Server (affects hardphones)
Presence Server (affects softphones)
Executive/Assistant
Operator

Physical phones will reboot on a case-by-case basis. Active calls should not be interrupted. Changes are not possible in TISS during maintenance. This is necessary to maintain the data integrity of the PBX system.
