The following services will experience interruptions:
- Voice system
- Call Server (affects hardphones)
- Presence Server (affects softphones)
Physical phones will reboot on a case-by-case basis. Active calls should not be interrupted. Changes are not possible in TISS during maintenance. This is necessary to maintain the data integrity of the PBX system.
