Service outage upTUdate - Update

Yesterday the problem was analysed with colleagues from the University of Vienna. No faulty configuration causing the problem was found on the server. The investigation of an affected client suggests that the problem with the Outlook connection not being established could be an interaction between the stricter encryption since the last server update and some virus scanners installed on the clients. The analysis is being continued with an external support partner. We will keep you informed of developments and apologise for any inconvenience caused.
