Faster and easier access to products usable free of charge

From now on products usable free of charge can be ordered without the need of authorization by a person of the organisation unit.

In order to simplify the distribution of campus software products that can be ordered free of charge, the approval process is no longer required if the organizational unit does not incur any costs due to the order. The customer has access to the software immediately after completing the order process and no longer has to wait for the order approval.
