Changes to the notifications in the campus software

An improvement in the notifications of the campus software is effective immediately

To stay up-to-date with the campus software, but still not be flooded with information, is a tightrope walk. We have now made another improvement:

New products are still announced as TU.it News.
New product versions or significant changes to products are sent to all licensees by email. As a administrator, please note that this information can also be vital for your users. So please do not forget to forward these emails if necessary. In general, we recommend attaching the licenses directly to the users. Administrative access to the software is enabled for people with the role of license manager. Effective immediately, those license managers will also be informed of product changes by email and can e.g., proactively install new product versions for their users.
