28.06.2019: Fixed: Network failure BC and BZ

The TUNET was not accessible in parts of the buildings BC and BZ.

The TUNET was not accessible in parts of the buildings BC and BZ. Affected were all network services (LAN, WLAN and TUphone). The problem is now fixed.

Update 09:30: The problem is fixed; now measures are taken against recurrence.

Today (June 28, 2019) between 4:00 AM, parts of the BC and BZ buildings on the Getreidemarkt are no longer connected to the TUNET.

The cable network, the WLAN and the TUphone are not working properly in the affected areas.

The Network section apologizes for the inconvenience and is already working hard to diagnose and correct the problem.
