Maintenance ticket system

In the night from Sunday to Monday (14.4.2024 - 15.4.2024) necessary maintenance work will be carried out on the servers of our ticket system.

We are renewing the Fibre Channel adapters first because the current hardware would not allow us to upgrade our Fibre Channel infrastructure.
Due to the existing redundancy, we do not expect any downtime of our ticket system.
There will only be a closure of existing sessions during the night.
If - apart from any delays - disruptions do occur, we will inform you.
In any case, we will contact you once the work has been completed.
