Update: Access to the upTUdate email and calendar service

From this afternoon, staff will once again be able to access the upTUdate email and calendar service from Austria without a VPN.

From next Tuesday, May 26, 2026, access will be available as before.

On mobile devices (Android and iOS), email can be accessed via Outlook Web Mail https://mail.intern.tuwien.ac.at/, opens an external URL in a new window.

Note for users who have previously been using VPN with a fixed IP address allocation: For additional devices, a further profile ‘TU_ohne_fixe-Adresse’ is also available, which provides VPN access without a fixed IP address.
