Maintenance work on the central IT infrastructure (AD & upTUdate, email for students)

Affected services: upTUdate, TU-AD, email for students. Affected users: staff, students

From Tuesday, March 10, 2026, 8:30 a.m. to Thursday, March 12, 2026, 5:00 p.m., necessary modernisation and hardening measures will be carried out on the central directory and email services.

Due to the redundant design of the systems, no service interruptions are expected. However, in isolated cases, email clients (e.g. Outlook, Thunderbird) or mobile devices may briefly lose connection and ask you to re-enter your login details.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused by these necessary security measures.
