Dear Colleagues and Students,

We would like to inform you that we will be performing a software update on selected firewall systems to further improve the security and functionality of our network. We have taken all necessary precautions in advance to ensure that there will be no outages or interruptions to network connections during the entire update process.

The update will be performed during a maintenance window on Wednesday, May 6, 2026, from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Our team will carefully monitor the update process to ensure that everything runs smoothly and that all network functions remain fully stable and available without restriction during this time.

Systems affected by the maintenance:

Perimeter firewalls: FW-INT and FW-WIFI

CIT-MGMT Firewall: FW-TUIT-MGMT
