Maintenance of the Ticket System/Assyst

On September 24, 2026, the Assyst database servers will be migrated to VMware. This will result in a complete system outage.

After preparatory work is completed, all Assyst services will be shut down and the databases on the old server will be backed up. The old server will then be shut down. The new MS-SQL servers will be installed, database users will be set up, and the databases will be restored. As soon as the network addresses and names are restored, the Assyst services can be restarted and tested.

Assyst will be unavailable on September 24, 2026, starting around 10:00 a.m. for 2 to 4 hours.
