Software upgrade for internet router during the day

On September 17, 2025, starting at 10:00 a.m., the software of the Internet router responsible for the primary Internet connection of TU Wien will be updated.

The update is necessary to ensure that we receive support from the manufacturer in the event of any problems with the router, and follows the update of the backup Internet router last Wednesday (September 10, 2025).

During the update, the system will switch to the backup Internet connection; accordingly, there should be no interruptions to the TU Wien's Internet connection during this maintenance work.
