As part of renovation work and the consolidation of our network infrastructure, our HCEG04A distribution room is due to be refurbished.
This refurbishment will affect around 15 connections in the HBEG, HCEG, and HIEG building areas.

The server housing area (HBEG02) is expressly not affected by the renovation, with the exception of the telephone in the server room.

In the course of the renovation, the following planned interruptions will occur gradually (i.e., with a time delay for each connection):

• Computers and network-enabled devices (printers, etc.): estimated connection outage of approx. 15-30 seconds.
• Telephones: expected downtime of 2-3 minutes per device.
• Electronic access systems: expected downtime of approx. 15-30 seconds.
• Cameras: expected downtime of up to 5 minutes
• Wi-Fi: expected downtime of 2-3 minutes for each access point.

The outages are expected to occur on Wednesday, July 16, 2025, starting at 8:00 a.m. and lasting all day.
