As part of our network infrastructure upgrade and consolidation work, we are about to carry out restructuring work in our DC02N12 distribution room.

This work will affect the connections in building areas DB02 and DC02 / Freihaus.

During the restructuring, the following planned outages will occur gradually (i.e. at different times for each connection):

• Computers and network-enabled devices (printers, etc.): expected connection downtime of approximately 15–30 seconds each.
• Telephones: expected downtime of 2–3 minutes per handset.
• Electronic access control systems: expected downtime of approximately 15–30 seconds each.
• Wi-Fi: expected downtime of 2–3 minutes per access point.

These outages are expected throughout the day from Wednesday 15 to Friday 17 July 2026, starting at 08:00.

Please ensure that those affected are notified.
