Dear colleagues,

as part of renovation work and the consolidation of our network infrastructure, our distribution room HD0501 is due to be restructured.

This restructuring will affect connections in the building areas HB05, HC05, HD05, HF05, and HG05.

During the renovation, the following planned interruptions will occur gradually (i.e., with a time delay for each connection):

• Computers and network-enabled devices (printers, etc.): estimated connection outage of approx. 15-30 seconds.
• Telephones: estimated outage of 2-3 minutes per device.
• WLAN: estimated 2-3 minutes of downtime for each access point.

The outages are expected to occur on Wednesday, August 20, 2025, starting at 8:00 a.m. and lasting all day, with Thursday, August 21, 2025, as a backup date for the entire day.
