Software upgrades for active WDM

On March 31, 2026, from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m.

Due to a software bug, the active optical devices responsible for connecting external locations require a software upgrade and several reboot cycles. Since all active connections are designed to be redundant, there should be no interruptions or service outages on campus. Connections to the Arsenal and the Institute of Atomic Physics are affected.
