Announcement of Network Infrastructure Maintenance Works in AA0214A (Campus Karlsplatz) on Wednesday, Feb 15th and Thursday, Feb 16th 2022

Due to the renewal of our network infrastructure in AA0214A (Campus Karlsplatz), an outage of network connectivity will affect TUNET connections in the building areas AAEG, AA01, AA02 and AA03 between 8:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 15th and possibly Thursday, February 16th, 2022.

Our network switches will be replaced by more recent devices with higher performance.

Following outages are to be expected within AAEG through AA03:

Computers, standard network devices (e.g. Printers): 15-30 seconds per device

Phones: 2-3 minutes per device

Access Control Systems: 15-30 seconds per device

WLAN: 2-3 minutes per WLAN access point

We are dedicated to keeping the outage as short as possible.
