The license keys stored at eset (desktop and server) are renewed automatically every year so that there is no effort for the users. The first renewals are now due (1 year after the first order). However, during our tests we found out that eset has an authorization error in the renewal process, so renewals cannot be done at the moment. eset has announced an improvement, but since one week this has not been done.

In each booking, licensees can now see the expiration date as well as the license key. If this is in the future, you are not (yet) affected.

We are trying to solve this problem as soon as possible, but we have to wait for eset's correction.
