Temporary sales stop for products managed through Microsoft Online.

Campus-software and student-software managed through Microsoft Online will not be available for purchase for a few days beginning Feb. 1, 2022

The sale/purchase has been activated again, but we are still monitoring problem cases that occur, so there may be delivery delays. Furthermore, the full sync is not yet activated, so that outdated license assignments may occur. These will be corrected within the next days.

Due to the change of the Microsoft Online integration, opens an external URL in a new window, the sale/purchase of Microsoft Online managed products has to be stopped from February 1, 2022 until the completion of the management changeover. This may take up to a few days. 

Affected products in campus-software are:

  • Microsoft Online account (Teams)
  • O365 (friendly user tests, A5 licenses, Visio online plan, Project online plan).

Affected in the student-software are:

  • MS 365 account

Furthermore, no changes to user data can be made during this period.

Once all tests with the new system are completed, these products will be available again. Please note in this context, the change in the log-in procedure, as indicated in the announcement of the change. 

We will inform you as soon as full operation could be resumed.
