Did you just get a new phone?

To ensure the security and confidentiality of your personal information, you can only use your TUphone services after validation.
User ID/Name: as specified in TISS (usually identical to network account)
ID: the extension

  • Validation in TISS by name and TUaccount.
  • Left navigation bar: TUphone --> Select my profile.
  • Defining the password and PIN (at least 5 digits) in the top section.

Alternatively, PIN and password, opens an external URL in a new window can be set:

  • Validation with TUpassword.
  • Specification of password and PIN (at least 5 digits) in section TUphone.

 Cisco 8961: Login via key (or for Cisco 7965: via key)

  • Selection of the service Login/Logout
  • Entering User ID and PIN
  • Send soft key

  • with "0" or "+"
