With the help of TISS, you can change some features of your TUphone profile independently. You can get started via https://tiss.tuwien.ac.at/, opens an external URL in a new window . Validate yourself with your name and TUaccount password. Select TUphone in the left navigation bar.

Detailed instructions, opens a file in a new window for the configuration of the TUphone profile (German only).

The Logged Out profile can be set or removed by each user for his own profile from the phone:

When logged in, press the key (Settings), then select "Set Logged-Out Profile".
The logged-in profile must not be set as a logged-out profile on any other device, and no other profile must be set as a logged-out profile on any other device.

Please note:

If you first log out of your phone when the logged-out profile is activated, then log in to another device and increase your call authorization there, this (increased) call authorization will of course also take effect on your own device for which the logged-out profile is valid.

The authorization of an extension represents the maximum authorization zone to which the specified extension may make calls.
