Call statistics

Monthly statistics on all conversations of the previous month are stored in the TISS as PDF files (Statistics tab) for review by the TUphone Appointees of the structural element (organizational unit). The list is structured according to the individual telephone charge accounts. The totals of the calls of the extensions are listed for each account. The respective totals contain the number and total duration of the calls as well as the costs of these calls.
