To ensure the security and confidentiality of your personal information, you can only use your TUphone services after validation.
User ID/Name: as specified in TISS (usually identical to network account)
ID: the extension
- Validation in TISS by name and TUaccount.
- Left navigation bar: TUphone --> Select my profile.
- Defining the password and PIN (at least 5 digits) in the top section.

Alternatively, PIN and password, opens an external URL in a new window can be set:
- Validation with TUpassword.
- Specification of password and PIN (at least 5 digits) in section TUphone.
Cisco 8961: Login via key (or for Cisco 7965: via key)
- Selection of the service Login/Logout
- Entering User ID and PIN
- Send soft key
- with "0" or "+"
