Call data evaluation
In principle, the following information is processed by the telecommunications system or call data acquisition system for calls subject to charges:
- extension number
- dialled number
- telephone charge account
- busy trunk
- date and time
- call duration
Monthly totals for telephone calls are stored for each extension and account.
