Deactivating or deleting extensions
If you want to deactivate an extension (i.e. remove the programming of the extension from the PBX, but do not delete it in TISS), click on "Tick" in the Active? column in the overview of the corresponding extension. This deletes the extension from the PBX. The contents of any voicebox that may be present will also be lost! An X will appear in the Active? column after some time.
If you really want to delete an extension, click on "Trash can" in the rightmost column of the Overview tab of the extension. The phone number is then available again via the pool of extensions assigned to your (structural element) organizational unit.
