TUgitLab is hosted for TU.it on dedicated, scalable and highly available hardware at an external provider, who also takes care of the operation (HW support, SW upgrades, resource monitoring, ER backup, etc.) TU.it provides support for problems related to authentication, user management, and authorization issues, but does not provide support for the GitLab application itself. In this regard, please use the detailed online documentation below. Backup is done for disaster recovery situations only. The customer has to take precautions by means of exports in case of self-inflicted data loss (e.g. accidental deletion). A restore of deleted data by TU.it is not possible.
