The Service Group Portfolio Management plays a key role in the management of the TU.it service portfolio and thus contributes to the concretisation of TU.it strategic orientation.
This includes a controlled channeling of the demands made on us as well as ensuring compliance with service and project management processes.

We control the communication between TU.it and students, employees and structural elements (organisational units) and market our IT services within the TU-wide community.
