In the Service Unit Customer Services, we analyse IT service requirements, evaluate them and, if the evaluation is positive, we develop them to operational readiness, before we make them available to our customers throughout TU.it - public relations, as well as marketing for our IT services are also among our tasks. With our Service Centre, we provide you with a contact point for all IT solutions offered throughout the TU.
